I am serious. He was capable to lead 2 squads and survive in suicide mission, while your turian could lead only one.

Can't argue with that. 

Except, I found that Garrus lead both teams better than Jacob ever could when I tried it. Then he became a General in the Turian military, the head of his own anti-Reaper task force. 

What does Jacob do? Oh yeah, nothing. He follows some scientists around and needs Shepard, and Garrus's, help to rescue them.

Really? Really? ****** sapiens are superior to the other races in the Mass Effect Galaxy.What was the first sign of this? Was it Earth falling to the Reaper forces in mere hours.Or Admiral Hackett presiding over the greatest naval defeat in human history.Where as Palaven and the turians were still in the fight all the way up to the end of the game.

Or how about the fact that while humanity may be a Council race.We are the youngest and most vulnerable (weakest) of all Council races. Everyones coming to earth and humanities aid in 2186, not the other way around.

The Illusive Man is a fool. Who has a Prometheus Complex. And Javik and the Protheans cleary show that the whole "master race" goal that they had turns up biting you in the ass in the end.

Know this for certain. It is better to have allies than servants.

But then you brought up Jacob's race, completely out of nowhere even though literally nobody said anything about that, ensuring that being black "does not mean that he is worse".
