Yes, from as soon as you meet her again on the Citadel. She joins you, or she can be told to run off and join the fight.
Failing that, it might have been nice to see her as part of a bigger storyline involving the Asari.

Still, while I don't support what Cerberus does in ME3, I can see TIM's point.
The galactic governments spent enormous amounts of supplies to accomodate refugees on the Citadel and those refugees all died anyway when the Reapers arrived.
TIM turned the refugees into competent soldiers to fight in the war.
I expect that if TIM had sent those Indocrinated Refugees to fight alongside Shepard rather than focus on controlling the Reapers, the players would be much more accepting of Sanctuary.
Hell, I expect people wouldn't have a problem with it if it was done by an alien but that is a different matter alltogether.
