Would you space Vega if it meant you could have Grunt as a squaddie?

I'm personally a big Grunt fan, he's big and very powerful, but excitable and somewhat naive like a puppy. So...would you get rid of Vega, not necessarily through an airlock, if it meant you could bring Grunt on board as a squad mate? I'd have loved to have seen him back.

I liked Vega, even though I thought I wouldn't.
So no, Vega had good banter and FPJ is a good VO. And Grunt's time was short, but impressive all the same.

In a word... yes. I don't even need Grunt. Just give me the kill option.,

I actually like Vega he grew on me but....I freaking love Grunt! So i'm sorry as cool as you are Vega I would throw you out the airlock in a heartbeat if it meant Grunt would join my squad...

Seriously, what is wrong with you people?
I’d take both.

Can I still space Diana Allers and get Grunt?

That would be ideal of course, I just thought the idea of spacing Vega was funny...lillitheris wrote...

I'd do it without any incentive.

I wouldn't kill Vega to get Grunt. I liked the guy. Now if I could just trade them, sure. I'd have picked Grunt over Vega any day.

I would be extremely happy to space EDI. But not Vega. He was actually quite strong squadmate. And had grenades. But I would be more up to Wrex or more vanguard type squadmates.
So get rid of that cliched fembot and give me WREX! Or more sentinels.

I would space all the normandy crew just to get back the ME2 team.

I'd much rather keep Vega.
Grunt's mission was great but as a squadmate I just don't care for him and he would never be part of my active squad as there are other (see: all) squadmates I'd always choose over him.

Or Jack. I need another crappy soldier character like a fish needs a bicycle. Give me another Sentinel or Adept, then we'll have some real fun.

Never cared much for Grunt in ME2 but then he won a lot of respect from me in ME3.
However, no. Let him lead his commando unit. Also, I liked James.

Since someone else is giving orders to Grunt, that means Shep's not his battlemaster no more. (He even says "My friend!" instead.)
Going by the War Assets, Aralakh manages to stick around even if you save the Queen/breeder.
That would mean you take Grunt away from leading the Aralakh company. (Too many Krogan stuck on the Normandy together is begging for trouble is what EDI said is true. Aralakh can't come with Grunt.)
That would be mean to Grunt.
(It would also be mean to Vega, but I think that was the point of this thread in the first place.)

Why do I have to choose? Maybe the three of us can...
Oh, wait, wrong game and genders.
Vega and Grunt are both cool, but if given a Virmire-like choice, yes, I'd space Vega.

If you wanna praise Grunt, do so. If you wanna hate on Vega, do so and be done with it. Using Grunt as an excuse is pretty lame
