Does the Asari Justicar Rank5 work on the "normal" asari adept?

That I do not know.

It works fine with every other class.  It's only broken on the Justicar.

Cool video. Thanks for putting it up.

Are there other weapons that you'd recommend? I'm not crazy about the feel of the Graal. (I just don't like charge weapons.)

Carnifex, Talon, Paladin, various ARs. Weapons are up to you, I just like the Graal.

I don't want to pull the thread too far off topic, but a very interesting 2-person team would be a justicar / kroguard trying to hold a position with the bubble. Warp bubble would be a nice evolution, but you probably wouldn't even need it given the justicar's use of reave.

Warp bubble + chargeless kroguard spamming barrier inside the bubble would be lots of fun.  At least for one game.

Ok, thanks. I'd love to use the Claymore, but I don't know if I'll be getting reasonable cooldowns. May end up with Talon.

The Justicar's explosions aren't as powerful as AA or other Adepts so you might find them more balanced.

True. AA's bioxplosion, properly specced, kill nemesis on gold (just warp+throw). AJ's bubble+reave (both rank 6 specced for offense) leave them with 1 bar of shield + full health. So yeah, it deals 40% less damage roughly (no further testing done)

Claymore X will give you 61%, I find that less than ideal.

A Talon III gives you 158% CD on the Justicar and works quite well for CQC.  Can be scoped for longer range too.  I take a Carnifex X with me most.

Yeah, I just looked at the numbers. ~3 sec recharge on Sphere and ~4 sec recharge on Reave.

Disciple + predator for me. Both are surprisingly effective. Hurricane is a great choice, too (along with an accurate sidearm)

That is mostly how I use my Asari Justicar, except I don't have pull, and not AoE for Reave.
Also didn't realize that passive power damage rank 5 is broken. Sadface.

I did some testing as well as others and sadly it is broken. I think the headshot bonus is nice though since Reave here mostly about DR.

WTF!?! Seems like every week I learn that yet another of the evolutions is busted... and one I regularaly pick... time for another round of promotions I guess.

I was going to post about using the Disciple for style reasons but...really? Everytime I've tried to use that thing, it's seemed pretty worthless.

Yeah, it's just that I use the Talon on my AV and QE so I was hoping to try something different. I really do like that gun though.

Just switch out the AV's Talon for an Paladin (Godly  if proper specced for headshot damage with stasis strength and vulnrability) and roll with the Talon on the AJ.

Nice build Stardusk, seems to work pretty well. Once I got the hang of it, there was no problems flash freezing most enemies, and then running past them to the next cluster while my teammates (who all seemed to have forgotten their mics) demolished the ice statues. I didn't even get 25 kills and still finished second in scoring with just over 60K, and that was after joining the game in the middle of wave 4!

Needless to say after that game, I was kick voted out. (That'll teach me to to revive my non-communicating teammates more than 10 times.)

On a side note, I had no idea Quarian Engineers are hated that much. I got kicked out of every consecutive game I played after (6 or 7 total), depite helping my team and not finishing last in scoring.

Oh, good point. I was considering promoting AV and taking Vulnerability instead of Bubble. Yay, I have two classes to level up now.

Since the stagger effect is unreliable, it's really just a lightweight starter shotty. No better than the Eviscerator or Scimitar, just a little different. Seems like they should make it slightly more accurate at range or make that stagger more reliable.

When I'm off-host, I typically go for the Mattock. Seems to mesh well with the Justicar and does decent damage with the headshot bonus you have to take anyway. Otherwise, yeah, I go with the Graal.

Watched your video. Well that's one way of playing. Beefy single character damage reduction rather than damage output for while team in chokepoints. I like a lot of your builds, but I don't really like this one, just saying.

Today I had a lot of fun with this build and the Kishock. I still have some trouble putting bubbles "naturally" -sometimes I forget them-, but delivering spears nonstop with all the DR is hilarious.

I don't consider BE particularly overpowered but I'm getting really tired of them. These kind of build add some spice to classes I was not interested anymore.

Merci monsieur.

Thank you.

Yesterday I read this thread with interest, but didn't have a Justicar to play with. Today I finally unlocked her and built her according to your build. I haven't had so much fun in a long time.... :)
She is the Asari commando that I've been wanting and not like my drell adept at all.

Now I just have to make a choice between Saber and Talon....decisions, decisions.

I like the saber myself but it's heavy - very heavy. I have yet to find the perfect assault rifle for my justicar. Revenant damage is still poor. At the moment I'm using carnifex and hurricane but I would rather roll with just a decent assault rifle - if only one existed.

I like setting my bubble up to be offensive. Also reave doesn't give damage protection when used on none-organics so that makes your build a little vulnerable against geth.
