I'm more of a Pet Shop Boys man, myself, but New Order is pretty awesome too.
Have you tried looking at the ground before you put the bubble down? Not always convenient, but seems to ensure it'll go up.
I'll try that.
Also, I have to say Shield Recharge III is even better than Cyclonic Modulator, Barrier Regeneration is almost instantaneous.
They are even better when you get that extra 15% for nonradius.
Fitness=+15% Shield Recharge, Biotic Sphere +25%, Power Cells+30%=+70%
I spec for radius because shield power cells are so good.

Good build. Worked well for me ..until I made the mistake of thinking I was a tank with my Talon.

Huh? My Talon on tank build is very good....I was using ammo clip extension and extended barrel. Talon is a god with ammo, cryo in particular. I also spammed Reave as often as possible.

Good to hear. I just got a bit too confident with the Asaris damage reduction and sphere and was doing a stand a deliver approach at short to medium range. I had fun ..Just had to be a bit more realistic about taking cover....

Been thinking about a respec for a while now.
Bubble - 6 defensive as suggested in this guide (though maybe warp for rank 6)
Reave - 6 usual evolutions
Pull - 3 levels
Fitness - 5 for shield recharge
I know some people dont like pull but I find it useful for getting rid of husks and any other trash that gets in your face. My indecision is to do with the justicar passive and it hinges on which assault rifle to use. Should I go for the 30% weight reduction and use a saber II or the weapon damage and take a revenant X ? I'm sick of using pistols and fancied a change. The justicars passive is geared towards assault rifles and these 2 are my favourites at the moment.

Hello there,
Deployed a Justicar for the first time today with OP's spec. Efficient and very funny to play. Unfortunately the team was not quite focused so we were wiped out on wave 10. I somehow managed to top the scoreboard (surprising for first try with a new class).
Solid build. Thank you Stardusk!

I think it depends how many people you are sucking the life out of. Atlas + grunts close around effected by Reave, no problem with stand and deliver.
Atlas without grunts or multiple Atlas doing the conga....

Wow, this works! Earlier today, I played geth reactor gold using a Batarian Soldier with the team getting wiped 6 times before I finally got a good team and beat it, and it was rough.
Did it first time with this bulwark build and it was a lot easier. Tanked two hunters in my bubble and won. Although, 3 pyros was a bit much. I was cutting **** down with a GPR X + extended barrel + AP and reeve. The GPR was accurate and easy to handle. Stayed right on target, even as I spammed reeve. Good power spammer weapon.
Had Disciple X + barrel + AP too and it did well also. Probably should have used it on the pyros that got in my bubble. My CD with both weapons was 200%.
I died a few times but that was because my bubble broke at the worst possible time.
