Funny post, OP. That being said I find that infiltrators do best against Cerberus, since they are easiest to headshot. Wait for the phantom to duck in cover, and hit her in the head. If you are lucky like me and have a BW, then you can two shot her, since after her barries fall she will put out her hand, giving you an easy second headshot.

I have the Widox X... so one shot and then a seemingly far too long reload for me. Haven't been lucky enough to get the Black Widow yet.

Glad it helps! Do you reload cancel? It will be tough, but I think you can sneak in the second shot with the your widow if you do so. It has been a long time since I used it tho, so I can't recall.

I love phantoms, they're so easy to stagger. The insta-kill can be cheap if you're a vanguard or krogan, but they're nowhere near as bad as Banshees.
