I have this problem when i try to join friends game it says: "You cannot join your friend’s game because you are not using the same version of the game.". What should i do? Any sugestions?

Did you download the free Resurgence pack from the Playstation Store (the one that added the Condor and Hydra maps and added the Batarian Sentinel/Soldier, Krogan Vanguard, Asari Adept Justicar, and the Geth Engineer/Infiltrator)? Did your friend?
Usually, that message pops up if one of the two parties in question doesn't have all the multiplayer DLC downloaded.
Can be easy to miss if the game is new for either of you. I just recently bought my husband his own copy of ME3 so we could multiplayer together. I already had the game and all the content downloaded, so I didn't even think about it with his game. He loaded up, went online, I sent him an invite to a private lobby, and he got that message. That's when I slapped myself on the forehead and told him to download the Resurgence pack from the store... he couldn't join my game because I had it and he didn't.
