In other news, the indra now does as much damage as the predator pistol HP per shot.
Perhaps this could redeem our long forgotten sniper? Who will know.

You don't understand. People SHOULD be punished for reaching the item cap via not helping their team in any fashion whatsoever by being stingy with consumables. A good team player uses up all or most of their consumables in a match in order to expedite things. These changes discourage that, and therefore encourage bad behavior.
I think you're overlooking the fact that some of us have no problem spending medigel/rockets but everytime we buy a pack, we get nothing but thermal clips. Thermal. Clips. Which have long since been maxed and end up counting toward nothing. So now, if I'm reading this right, we won't keep getting thermal clips. Now we'll get medigel and rockets replenished regularily. (Am I reading this right?)
Even rockets are not always needed. I play all three levels depending on mood and character/loadout and it is not usually necessary to use rockets on Bronze and many times Silver. In gold there are times when they are needed but even then I don't always use all 5. Now Medigel and Shields are another story.

Ya what the hell is a respec card
I've gotten about 10 of them since playing and basically they reset your powers so that you can respend the points to a different build without having to promote.
Problem is there is no undo upgrade before confirming when you use the repec - so make sure you plan out what powers you want to get and carefully click on the ones you want - because if you change your mind or click on the wrong power upgrade, no dice on fixing it - you have to use another respec card to fix the mess up.
If you don't spend any skill points after using a respec card and click confirm the undo upgrade option becomes available again when you go back to the power trees.

On the PC, if you go into the task manager and crash ME3, then restart the game you'll still have all of your respec cards and your character will still have his old skills. Makes for a somewhat awkward cancel button.

Would be neat if this worked for Spectres and PSPs~

anyone know if the dlc been released yet?
it won't be released today, if it's what you are hoping, that info was inacurate. But considering the last ops update, I would say they intend to release it before the next ops. Probably they will announce it this friday, probably to release thursday...

Are these geth changes for after the objective is completed? Only asking because I see way more than 4 pyros and 2 geth primes on wave 10 on gold
it's how much it will show up at the same time, not how much will show in the wave. It means that, into the wave is finished (I think there's a number of enemies for each wave), there will be always 4 pyros and 2 primes in the battlefield. If you kill one, other will spawn somewhere.

Considering people were mostly expecting 10%, just barely. The gun is still hot garbage all the same.
And they didn't reduce the Crusader's weight, which is what it really needed.

You are reading right, and this is the real problem. For some reason, thermal clips show up more times than medigel and ops for me, so the caps will force the system to give other stuffs, since I don't use that much thermal clips..

1) The Crusader lacks a scope, making it more difficult to use at long range, IE where you want to use a high accuracy precision weapon.
2) The Crusader is a shotgun, so it loses damage as distance to target increases.
3) The crusader is considerably heavier.

What information are they using as the basis for these changes? Are they actually using input from us on the forums, are they going by the stats, or are they just relying heavily on the usage metrics?
Not to be mean or anything, but do they not have access to their own weapon stats? The Eagle is by far the weakest gun in the game, and they give it a damage boost of less than 10% when it needs probably more than a 100% increase.
Also, why bother increasing the amount of experience given by character cards? Nobody wants character cards. 95% of the time they are literally useless.

The Eagle pistol is a real N7 weapon. You have to be real good to beat Bronze with it.
Fixed that for you.

No one would care if they made a black pack for like 120-150000...
Funny how very simple fixes would go a long way in restoring faith in the system they chose...
but still more $$$ and "current policy" trickle-down-change based decisions that will only hurt them long term.
I dun get it.

It made wave 6 and 10 hacking objects a bit harder. However, if there's a "retrieve objects" wave AND there's an infiltrator in the team, the change is +-0.

Also I'm really hoping I get a hurricane in this next comm pack. I wanted one even before the massive buffs it has gotten.
