So I've been playing through Mass Effect 2 for the past few weeks or so, mainly so I can start a romance with Thane. I downloaded pretty much every DLC with a mission in it, and played through the game normally. Unfortunately, I ran into the glitch where you are unable to recruit Samara, due to the Shadow Broker DLC. I didn't see this as too much of a problem, since I had every other character. So I decided to continue playing without her. It was only until after completing the "Reaper IFF" mission, that I realised this came to bite me in the butt. I can't continue playing the main storyline, until I've completed one or two missions, or so it seems. Since every other time I've played Mass Effect 2, I could just complete it with playing a few missions after the Reaper IFF. Seeing as I already completed every mission available to me, the only one I could complete was "Dossier: The Justicar" to advance in the game. But as mentioned above, I am unable to do so. My question is; Is there a way to either recruit Samara, or continue the game? I really don't feel like having to play the game from the beginning again.
Ultimately can't continue the game.

No. Last time I played, I needed to complete a mission, before Legion's loyalty mission was avilable. Seeing as I am unable to do a single mission, I cannot unlock Legion's.
