Giant mythical birds that rise From the Ashes. Racial abilities will be Incinerate, Squawk, and the ability to fly around the map instead of walking like those other lowly pedestrians. Also when you die, your character automatically revives without needing medigel.

For Phoenix i cannot think other than Turian, Ex-Cerberus and Prothean.
