Mysterious, dangerous, intelligent, brooding, honorable, and smokin smexy.  What more could a girl want?

A bit whiny, annoying, and naive, but ridiculously attractive and a good guy at heart.
3. EDI.
Incredibly interesting character evolution in ME3.  Love her personality, and  the curvaceous, quicksilver exterior is pretty hot, too.

Attractive on the inside.  Fantastically written.

1. Shiala (ME1) -- she looked a litle bit bloated in ME2, but she was perfect in 1.
2. Default female Shepard -- how she looks in the art, not ingame.
3. Jack in ME3 -- proves that more clothing it actually better sometimes. The hair helps too.
4. EDI -- believe it or not, it's mostly because of her voice.
5. Councilor Tevos -- always had a soft spot for her.

Honorable mention: Samantha Traynor.

1) Thane. Sorry, but he's woman candy and he works it like no other. Mmm, black leather. Mmm, that body. BIG SENSITIVE EYES. GREAT PERSONALITY. HUGGABLE. HOT.

2) Jacob. Say what you will about the poor guy, but he's smoking hot and pretty to look at.

3) Samara. Pretty damn obvious. Eyes, voice, attitude.

4) Kaidan. While he's not as gorgeous as Jacob, he's not hard on the eyes.

5) Kai Leng. I kind of hate him, as nature and the writers intended, but... Well, he sure is cute.

Edit: Oh gaddamnit. My favorite series romance just got kicked because I was reminded that Kai Leng exists, and this thread is for HOTNESS. Garrus. Not exactly HAWT HAWT HAWT, but c'mon, he's GARRUS. With the amazing Garrus voice. But yeah, he's not as much of a pinup and standard issue hotness as some of the others.

Poor Vega and Jack should be in here, too. But apperantly I can't do that.

Thane. Always and forever Thane. Those thighs, dat ass, those soft, kissable lips. Black leather and smexy jacket I just want to rip off his body (cause I want it) and those big, beautiful black eyes. His shoulders I just want to rub. Those stripes!!! <Rrrrrridges>! Gods they really got his model right. Just want to lick every square inch of him.

Garrus. What can I say, I find his finge and lef spurs sexy. Don't know why, but I do. Want to get him out of that armour so I can see what the rest of him looks like.

Aria. It's mostly attitude though. That calm, collected, deadly and dangerous vibe she has going.

James. Makes me think of a cuban Viking. And I love the Viking male stereotype. Big muscles, hard abs. Mmm mmm mmm mmm mmm!

And of course, Jacob. Following the same line as James. Not fussed on his personality in a game, but in real life, I would probably go for someone like that.

Honourable mention goes to Kolyat. He's Thane's son, of course he's hot! He got it from his father! Also Feron, cause, well, I love drells,
