My galactic readiness updates correctly in MP and on the main menu, but in the single player it is stuck at 50%.  Please fix so I can finish the single player game.

Thank you Ive been asking this same question forever and on one can give me an answer at all.

I play MP but my Millitary Effectiveness is still at 50%.
