It's implied in every non City Elf origin that Soris attempted to rescue the women on his own but was defeated by Vaughan. So...did Vaughan simply feel compelled to just let Shianni go after he got finished with her? Seems unlikely when Vaughan had a history of raping and murdering female alienage elves in the past.

He did allow Shani to go. So I guess he allowed the others as well.

Who's Arianni? Do you mean Shianni?
Long and the short is we don't know. Vaughan and his goons kidnap at least five women (depends if Tabris is female) and kill at least one (Nola). I think it'd be a bit much to murder all of them, even for Vaughan, considering he snatched them all out from under the nose of a Chantry witness. He's not that dumb.

Oh, and if you are the City Elf and you abandon the women to Vaughan, it is a similar result to a non-CE game. Vaughan still lets the women go after he's done with them, and of the group it's known that at least Shianni and Valora, Soris's betrothed, survived the ordeal.

Ah, my mistake. Somehow I managed to mess that up even in the middle of a playthrough.
