Anyone else? I tried firing up ME3 on PC this evening to check on my Commendation Pack, and I'm getting the "Redeem Online Pass" thing again. A few attempts to solve the problem using Origin live chat ended in frustration, so I turn here. I didn't see any other posts about it.
Starting up the game, I'm told I need to redeem or purchase an online pass. This happened a few weeks ago, too.
Click on "Redeem Online Code" takes me to a page where I can enter a "Cerberus Code" and there's a line of text saying: $315184.
Anyone else? Tried restaring the game, Origin, and even my PC, all to no avail.
Getting the "redeem online pass/Cerberus code" thing again.

Go play something else. been 2 months and still no permanent fix. Swtor patching is more important and EA just doesn't care as evident by the ridiculously bad techs on live chat.

Been having this issue for 2 weeks+ now, still waiting for a fix.
I contacted me3accountadmin@bioware.com last Tuesday about my issue, and received confirmation that my account has a slight irregularity which causes problems with the online pass, and that they are looking to solve the issue (atleast I hope they are, it's been more than a week since they answered my email).
Also, I wouldn't bother with Origin Live Chat (contacted them about 5 times prior to emailing Bioware), they always tell you to repair install or something similar which doesn't work since the problem is at Bioware's end (hasn't worked for me atleast).

Glad to know that I am not the only one......
Have at the moment been trying to restart my pc + using the account at irregular times.
This appears to have a 35% chance of succes, allowing me to join the multiplayer network from time to time, though it is getting darn annoying.... -.-

Join the line, it seems problems start when u ask for your missing commendation packs. its like the techies at live chat or email, are out to screw u over.. i had an occasional online pass thing before asking for a commendation pack, and now its permanent
