Okay after playing both games.
What is 2 things that have linked them together(Hawke, Warden.) They both vanished, and they both have connection to flemmeth. at the end of witch hunt morgain was freaking out about flemmeth , so she decides to leave for another relm(world?). At any case flemmeth is the key to this, she seems to be the one who is pulling strings in the shadows.

She isn't a abomanation, So it leads me to believe she could be really a god(Makers wife? lol). OR andraste(Not likely). Flemmeth is up to something big and she probably locked the warden and hawke away so they couldn't do anything.

If flemmeth isn't the main evil in DA3(GOD I hope they finish it this year.) she will I believe play a key role in DA3.

Lets hope, they at lest explain what happens to the warden and Hawke in da3.

Well, to address your point of Hawke and The warden being related: they literally are if the Warden was a mage. Warden mage is an Amell, first cousin to Hawke.

But that was not your point.

It's pretty clear that Flemeth and Morrigan are key characters in the overall story arc. Morrigan's concern could actually be a ruse in which the two are actually working together, but I think not. Anyway . . . the idea that Flemeth will be a key player in DA3 is not so crack pot. It's sound logic on your part.

Here's a crackpot theory for ya: Sandal is going save our protagonist from Flemeth at some point. She may be a dragon or an old god, but so is he. Consider: Deep Road dwarves often eat darkspawn to survive. A slain archdemon seeks a tainted vessel to reincarnate. While wardens are not soulless and the collision of souls destroys both, dwarves are not connected to the Fade and may qualify as "soul less." Maybe one of the last two arch demons was already dug up unbeknownst to the wardens. Maybe that archdemon never made it to the surface because an army of dwarves slew it . . . and its sould went to Sandal

I don't believe any of that . . . but the connnection can be made . . .

Sandel I believe will have some key part in the story. on Act 3 he kinda started speaking very spooky like.

Then all of a sudden he becomes stupid again and starts saying enchantment.

I hope sandel is in DA3 He is adorable to me.

and favorite part of da2 was when he is asked how he froze a orge he goes."Not enchantment." I went awww <3
