Okay, I noticed that in the FAQ, this is supposedly not allowed. However, I have seen more than a few custom, animated avatars on BSN. So it begs the question, was this a recent change, allowing old uploaded avatars to be grandfathered in?

I did mine without DAO.. 
Just used the character creator.. Was pretty easy..
