Excellent stuff! Very professionally put together and genuinely interesting conclusions along with a very fitting final note. At times I feel a bit daft for getting drawn into the whole ME Ending thing, but no other game has got under my skin quite like it (DA:O and the Witcher come close though). So it's nice to see a viewpoint that I mostly agree with presented back to BW in a concise, thoughtful and mature way. So thanks !

Unless I'm reading it wrong, Table 2 (p.20) is all messed up. The columns don't make any sense after the first two (according to the chart, none of those percentages look right)?

Also, on p.19, the percentage for 'Victory Fleet Stranded' is said to be 6. I assume it's really 60-something, looking at the chart.

I have not seen that level of work done for free since I graduated from college. Excellent work, gentlemen.

It is nice to see something definitive from a larger sample group then the BioWare forums. Looking at the numbers in that report, it turns out that the so called "Vocal Minority" might not be a minority after all.

Send this info to EA game's majority Stock holders.  That ought to put some massive pressure on EA games.

Bypass who ever is causeing such trouble with refusing to make changes and give the info to who can give the most influance the Share holders that EA games wanted to please so much.

Good pick up! My fault entirely - have updated the table and the typo - yes, 60%.  Updated link to new pdf. Will take a while to do the image files versons. Many thanks!!

Good read....I prefer pie charts because Pie is good...but I suck at Math so I'm sure your charts are better. In any case, I hope somebody at EAware is reading those results.

well this is about as thorough as it gets. If this isn't enough feedback for you guys over at BW, you'll never, ever have enough. it hits all the points and makes very accurate conclusions.

i mean, this is your demographic. right here. the people voting here are the ones that will keep you alive when all the casuals get bored and jump to other games.

Hi AFW! Many thanks. We always accepted that nothing might come of all this. But there is also a bigger picture. Hopefully all of this - not just what we've done  but what everyone has and continues to do in 'holding the line'  - is to clearly demonstrate that we are committed to improving not just this game but the relationship between the game companies and the clients/ players/ customers across the board. For both sides benefit.
