I was sent here with an obviously copy-pasted post with EA's live chat so I'm hoping I can get some help here for it. In multiplayer i mysteriously lose the ability to climb ladders, along with my bullets or powers not hitting any enemies, it's been happening since day 1 when i first started playing multiplayer, my internets good and I can connect to the servers just fine

I have sometimes that same problem, so it is very annoying when you can`t shoot anything in the whole 11 waves

@ djharris10 : I suppose telling you you're not alone isn't much good. I'm not with customer support but I can throw a couple of possible solutions your way.
They are :
Disable UPNP on your router if it is enabled, This seems to be the cause of no end of ME3 connection issues, usually the address is 192.168.1.1 You'll need the user name and password, then you head to the admin tab (That's where it is on mine) sometimes it's found under the misc tab.
If that doesn't help or it's already disabled, Then the fun begins, there was a similar issue a while ago and the fix for it was dropping one of the video settings, as I can't find the thread, I can't tell you which it was. (Think it may have been the anisotropic needed to be x4 or lower, but my memmory often plays silly buggers when I try and remember something like this)
If you want to give it a try anyway head to the Mass Effect 3 shortcut in your start menu; right click on it and go to configuration (Haven't found a way of getting there through origin) then video, recommend writing down the settings as they stand before you change them, and turn off the additional features (anti-aliasing, motion blur, anisotropic filtering and the spherical lighting). Then give it a try, if that works and you want to do a bit of trial and error you can the settings one by one.
Tried replying a day ago, got half way through and either my computer stopped liking the BW forums totally or some of the BW servers went down. Hope this helps

thanks for the help guys, apparently there was one method they told me which for some reason worked:
1. go to task manager (right click on the taskbar and click task manager if you're on vista/7/8)
2. close all unnecessary programs that could conflict, including Steam.exe and Origin.exe
3. open the game from the desktop shortcut with the run as administrator option
it apparently fixed everything in one go, now my game wouldn't launch, and i had to redownload it once just because apparently having the disks when you bought the digital version is taboo to install through the disks, i don't know why either

That is awesome though, close the background program we insisted you have and it'll be fine, going to try that myself now as after I posted yesterday had no end of mp issues. Getting dropped because it lost connection to the host while soloing was the highlight though

Well, I've just lost connection after being extracted but before getting the scores, so didn't get anything for that round. Guess I won't be playing MP for a while again as I've tried all the fixes I've seen so far.

the digital version is the same as retail version seeing as you never need the disks unless it's for installation purposes, I prefer the disks personally, if you have a friend who has the disks copy them to an external hard drive, but you follow the steps I have provided either way, i have the digital version as well, the multiplayer mode should have better servers, good luck
