As far as I can tell, activating Berserk (with Constraint) is not reducing my Stamina regeneration. Here's my setup:
Ultimate Edition retail disc, patched to 1.05
Mods - Lock Bash, Advanced Party, UnlockSpecials
Override Mod - Just Another Fixpack
To test this, I went into combat with Momentum on, cancelling out the natural regen and bonuses I have. I used a couple activated abilities and then checked that my stamina never increased or decreased. I then activated Berserk, but my stamina still never decreased.
Since the Just Another Fixpack mod includes a fix for Berserk deactivating, I removed the mod from the override folder and tested again (after restarting the program), but the results were the same. It seems unlikely that the other mods would cause this issue, but I can't check for sure since the game won't let me load my save without them.
Anyone know what could cause this issue or how I might fix it?

Well, I disabled all my mods and started a new game, but I still seem to have no stamina regeneration penalty when using Berserk (even without Constraint). Does this work correctly for other people with the Ultimate Edition patched to 1.05?

Yes. Works 'normally' for me.

Unfortuately, some mods do more changes than just those represented in the "override" folder. The only way to completely remove mods is to reinstall the game-- which can create problems when trying to load old saved games. You might have to "Force Load" a save, which ends up replicating previously existing errors.

Thanks for the replies. I was wrong about there being no penalty without Constraint. It's just less than what's listed on the wiki, so I guess Constraint cancels it out entirely for me. It's obviously a pretty minor issue, so I'll just live with it for now.
