It isn't gambling if you are getting a product in return every time you spend money. There are no online, or real word, laws that state anything close to this as being illegal. Just stop...

There are zero gambling laws that are more strict online than what the most strict states gambling laws are. There are zero states that outlaw trading cards. Stop being a douche.

I didn't write "more strict".  I wrote "different".  Please learn to comprehend written sentences.  Then we can talk.  Actually, maybe we still won't talk, since you're an obnoxious clown.

I'd imagine it's the same as playing trading cards, Each time I buy a booster pack I wouldn't know what is in it but I still pay money for it Bioware aren't the first people to do it they are just going it digitally while other things like trading card games are doing it physically.:)

And I wrote more strict... They aren't different though. The online laws follow what the more strict states gambling laws are. They don't ban anything onoine that isn't banned in some state, even if you were doing it in person. You don't know the first thing about these laws. Your thread doesn't even make sense... You then act like a douche to everyone that has common sense. You seem like you are about 12. You are just crying because you don't like the store system. Get over yourself.

You are absolutely not getting a product in return every time you spend money.  When you buy a Spectre pack, part of what you are buying is THE CHANCE to get an ultra-rare.  Judging by what I've read on the boards, some people buy these packs ONLY for the chance to get an ultra-rare.

In this case, you are paying to gamble, not to get a guaranteed product.  Whether or not you get a Rare card, the fact is, you will often not receive a product for the portion of your purchase that is allocated to the CHANCE of an ultra-rare.

Paying for the chance at hitting a jackpot (in this case, ultra-rare weapon) is gambling.

I've been cordial to everyone willing to have a cordial discussion.  But when you immediately start throwing insults around, I'll give it right back to you every single time.  You're just mad that somebody called you on your asinine behavior.
