"Long delayed" forcefield, crushing prison casts?

Since 1.02 I've had this curious effect where casting either of these spells will apparently "not work," with the cooldown activated but the spell itself not 'fired.'  Then a while later, the forcefield will just 'appear' unexpectedly.  This has resulted in a few awkward shockwave accidents because I'd assume forcefield resisted when it actually just 'went into limbo' for a while, and cast crushing prison; then suddenly force-field would appear, then however many seconds later, crushing prison and everyone enjoys the results.

It's usually fine; I wondered if it was maybe the result of casting forcefield before 'combat' had 'started,' or something like that; it usually seemed to be early fight casts.  (To forestall any comments, I don't have any balance issues with force-fielding oranges while massacring their yard trash; dual-forcefielding with 2 mages I'd consider somewhat moreso, and forcefield tanking is totally off-limits; hopefully a future patch will erase or suspend the threat values of shielded characters.

I started getting delays with a lot of my actions towards endgame. Fireballs, drinking potions, etc. all seemed to have delayed effects. No idea why.

I'm through Broken Circle, Conner's quest, and Wardens' Keep without many instances of it. With one exception it was always force-field and/or crushing prison; the other time it seemed to happen was with Touch of Winter, and then it actually didn't seem to want to even "press the button," the highlight would appear but the cooldown wouldn't activate and Morrigan just stood there, with no status ailments or stun effects.



I keep thinking it might be some combat status problem based on it always happening early in fights; also, Leiliana kept doing a "combat stance," with weapons undrawn, last time I was at camp.



I'm running chest-in-camp and respec raven mods, otherwise normal 1.02.
