Single player: Often when my character talks to other characters in the single player, I notice that he sometimes does not look at them but will always be looking off to the side, but acting as if he is facing them. It is very weird looking and I think is a bug. I notice it whenever I talk to Liara on the Normandy in her room, Sheperd will always have his head turned sideways, talking as if he is facing her though.
Multiplayer: I have seen some really funny glitches here, partly don't want them fixed because they are so funny, but they probably need to be to fix other things. The funniest I have seen is a floating one armed krogan soldier. Basically the movement animation stops and he just moves like a static object, and one of his arms is missing. A similar one is where a a character gets stuck in the air somehow. A not so funny one involves any grenade launching weapon. Often when I fire the falcon or the striker, no grenade comes out but ammo is used up and it does no damage to enemies. This usually happens when moving while firing, but can also happen if you try to fire quickly with the falcon.
There are more, but I can't think of them off the top of my head right now.

I want to report a glitch in MP
A player just a few mins ago used a map glitch in firebase hydra that allowed them to get up a pillar in the back corner near the water and be able to stay there and have clear view of the map and shoot at everyone without being touched. Mind you if he went to far out he could be hit but only range units could no close range units could touch him
