I was trying to purchase Shadow Broker for Mass Effect 2, however when I go to purchase it I get "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later" . For the last 3 weeks I have been getting this error message. Please fix it. I would like to be able to finaly purchase the DLC.
Cannot buy DLC...

We are checking into this problem. It's likely only affecting people who have played Kingdom's of Amalur, which is also why you couldn't see your registered game content a few days ago.

I spoke with the team in charge of the DLC purchasing site and they suggested the following.
- Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.
- Try purchasing in a separate web browser.
- Make sure you have enough BioWare points when making the purchase.
@theyoria this likely isn't the problem but I'd like to confirm you've tried these steps. If you have tried these steps and it still fails please let me know the exact time, including timezone, you tried to purchase Lair of the Shadow Broker and received the error.

- Make sure you have enough BioWare points when making the purchase.
