Just wondering if I have a Sentinel with their techshield on... Can they have bonus powers like barrier or fortification stack on top of it?

Yes, it's about as tanky as it gets in this game.

Even with stacked damage reduction I didn't feel like as much of a tank as an ME2 Sentinel (because Tech Armor automatically detonated, and refilled part of your shields). And forget about being as much of a tank as a Soldier in ME1 with Immunity and Colossus armor...

Very, very fun build so try it out. Relix28 already linked to a thread with a lot of great ideas for this setup.

And awesome with Hahne Kedar Armor and Recon Hood (or Delumcore Overlay), and any weapon loadout you like, at least for my personal preferences.
