Still made it to extraction with just the two of us -- in fact, I was the Sole Survivor.
Level 1 is NOT too low for Bronze.

I will only vote to kick on bronze after 5 full minutes if they don't ready up.

I would like a system where the host boots people, their has been so many instances where I was the host and 3 people joined and all voted to kick me on Bronze.

Pressing more than one button to quit out of a lobby is just too much effort for some people. They need to convince other people to press buttons for them.

Wow, that seems kinda lame, although I've seen it happen once before. Let's leave the fact that booting people on Bronze is generally not okay. Common courtesy seems to dictate that if you're hosting a game you wouldn't get kicked out of your own lobby.
My major beef with people getting kicked out on Bronze is that ME focuses on team play and cooperation. That's essentially the heart of the game. Feels like competitiveness has been intergrated into the "culture" of some members of the community far more than cooperation. Obviously not everyone is like that so if someone kicks you out just move on to the next lobby.

Obviously you're supposed to choose the Wood difficulty.

The person who you help at level 1 on Bronze may very well bail you out on Silver or Gold in a few days time.
It's a team game people.

The other players were between level 6 and 13. One of the players told the others that my level was too low for them, and that I should be kicked. How else do they expect me to level my Sentinel up? And it's not as if I were using bad weapons. I equipped a Raptor VII and Predator X, which are pretty much overkill for Bronze. And so what if my character is at Level 1? A low level character can still rock the house. Normally I play on silver or gold when my characters are at a certain level and my N7 is currently at 205, so I am definately not a rookie. I seriously do question people sometimes.<_<
You should be able to solo bronze easily if you play on gold. Even with a level 1 character.
This. I play on Silver regularly, and I was able to easily solo Bronze with a level 20 character (quite fun, too). If someone plays Gold regularly and isn't one of those people that's too afraid to promote, soloing Bronze with a level 1 should be a cakewalk.

I think they were afraid that you will slow them down and they will lose. Hardly anything I can add.Mendelevosa wrote...

And as a response to someone earlier about host booting:I was in a match where guy who was host refused to revive anyone the entire match. He just ran away from downed people and still expected people to revive him. It's not always about being host, sometimes host turns out to be a bad play, thus needing kicked.

But yeah kicking anyone from bronze is a pretty dumb thing to do unless they were making room for a buddy. This community needs love and tolerance! World of love, loving people!

Try to let level 1 characters rest and hope you get some xp from recruit packs that you buy.
Some classes I can get to level 3 to start.
No.
Pick whichever of the Races in the class you think you can play with the limited Rank it has + whatever weapons you've unlocked.
Throw them into a game, and have fun.
I promoted my 2 favorite classes because of the weekend event, because I didn't have time to play much, and they were "ready to go" along with Sentinal being "real close".
Finally got to play again with the new DLC, played level 1 AJ on bronze with a Carnifex (joined mid game, but I think everyone else was in the teens on one of the new maps). Got the top score (don't really care, but found it amuzing), got to level 3 or 5 I forget, went for another round. Got second score up, now was rank 8. Had enough points to fire up the AA or another race.
Plan on doing something similar with the HE (although, since I usually play HE, that will be more interesting).
I suppose I could try dropping into a Silver or Gold match, but that just seems way too unfair on the other players since a level 1 character won't be contributing as much as a char thats ranked up a bit, but thats just me (also don't have a regular group I play with, the few I sometimes have wouldn't mind it I think, heck, we picked one game for everyone to play whatever class they sucked as. Infil that couldn't hit a brick wall, adepts that couldn't get off combos, Krogan or Turian who couldn't dodge. Lots of laughs all around).
