You came off just fine, and I respect your decision/opinion.  In the end, we're all just hoping for a much better ending experience.  I like IT, and I like suggesting that people are indoctrinated if they disagree with me , since it's kinda funny and really just a perk of supporting the theory, since a corollary of the theory for many is that Bioware is "indoctrinating" the players.

Also - the "load of crap and the icing that will be added to it this summer" was an inspired metaphor.  Bravo.

It's funny, because in all these 'IT is real and we'll see it when Shepard wakes up', keeps reminding me of a show called "Dallas" where the character walks out of the shower and you find the entire season was a dream. Not something I find particularly impressive I might add.

It would be hypocritical if that was the only reason to not like it. But it is not.

And I can't speak for anyone else, but for me at least, it isn't even the most important reason. Not by a long shot.

A lot of the time, indoctrination theorists are rude to other people. And someone pointed out to me that maybe my approach is bad, but I disagree. I have no problems with the IT. I just don't believe in it. I don't then need people abusing me because I respectfully said I disagree, pointing out my reasons.

People can believe what they want, just don't try and force it down someone else's throught if they've already made up their mind and don't want to hear it. And this is normally on threads that have nothing to do with the IT. So it's even more annoying-its like fair enough if I was on the IT thread saying I didn't believe, but I don't go on there at all, other than to browse it every now and again.

I firmly believe that as part of Harbinger's master plan to indocrinate Shepard, he indoctrinated Al Quaeda, a once peaceful organization, and used them to attack America from within.

And our reply would be, " We think the Starchild is lying and the Geth are just fine (plus EDI)."  But nobody really has a monopoly on the truth right now except Bioware so we should all just tone down the rhetoric.
