I just bought 3 items on the bioware store, I was not loged in at the time, and I got an error code when I clicked purchase. The money was taken out of my account but as of right now I have no way of checking wether or not the items were acutally purchased. I would normally try contacting the company but I cannot find a help area in the store section.

Try contacting Ms. Domino (http://social.bioware.com/2534516/), she's an employee of the store and should be able to help tell you if an order was placed or not.
