Thats the thing (N7 rating) what actually useless and lame imho. You know im enjoying play as infinators and i dont up my teams at all so my rating go up so slowly and i dont care about it. But i see some guys like you want to kick me from game and most funny thing comes when the game actually start with 2 red x in my name - most of times i got teammates 1000+ and even more they are really sux hard with moving/shoting/teamplay and at all even with heavy upgraded weapons and equipment. Sometimes i host games and some guys come to my host with level under 30 or even less - so sometimes they are really way better at all even with ****ty weapons than guys with big "di.."..Em rating.
N7 rating can say actually only one thing - you playing this game a lot with difference classes or just play with one class, another arguments like "ppl under 1000+ sux" is just stupid.

If you deign to enter my lobby with an N7 under 1000, you sir shall have boot put to rear! I shall not suffer losses any longer because you haven't taken the time out of your no good life to play this game and promote your teams. Obviously the game has been out too long for you not be at that level.

;)

I stopped playing when i reached 593, i got real bored promoting just to get 10 more n7 ranks and getting 75 points each promotion for my campaign <_<

Some folks who promote often do it for the challenge since playing a level 20 character has become stale and boring.  It is as simple as that. When you unlocked all the weapons and characters you really wanted what is left is games with friends and pugs and even that alone gets repetitious.

So, for some promoting often and playing with the handicaps of an unlevelled character is their ultimate personal challenge.  When you look at someone with higher N7 rankings don't forget or ignore that perspective as there are quite a few of us who really don't care that much about the N7 rank but rather see it as a consequence of a new level of challenge we give ourselves.

Yeah, last night I brought a QE lvl 1 into silver match.  Went down easy many times, so soft and squishy at lvl 1 but even play with couple lvl 20's and lvl 18 I still managed not to be the lowest score.

I like the challenge, and going back and doing different builds to see what suits my style best.  Think my N7 ranking is 600+ and I am not the best player but I like to experiment with all the characters and weapon combos.  Do not care about being the best in every match, or having maxed out best gear, or kicking players just because of some number indicates they are new.  Seen a few under 50 ranked players that kick butt, so I'll judge on actual play not a number.

all a high N7 rating means is that you play alot. doesn't mean your actually good. I was a 120 for over a month and a half and are better then alot of the impressively high players (1000+) i've seen. and i feel like i'm the minimum skill level to run a gold

I guess this explains why I constantly see people with higher N ratings with rather crappy equipment. They just promote a whole lot more. There are rank ****s and point ****s in this game, the latter is at least a bit more indicative of skill.

^ Whoa just hit the auto-censor LMAO w o r e s you know.

Wait. I hosted a silver game last night and I had a Level 1 QE join with great results. That was well done !!!
Was that you? if so, I accepted the invitation BTW.

Quite frankly, doing a silver or even gold with level 20 character is not a real challenge for some folks and it just brings a smile to my face when I see a level 1 displaying examples of excellent team work and also outscoring one or more level 20s. Posted Image

One thing is to do well with a fully leveled character (not special in any way or shape) and the other... is to always give yourself handicaps via the promotion mechanism and still be an excellent asset to the team.

Because all players above N7 1000 are the best.

it's people like you make me laugh. You're obviously then aren't that good if you suffer losses because of other players. It shows you rely on other players in order to finish a match.

The highest N7 rating a person get (without promoting any classes) is 140.

I had a N7 Rating 150 - does that make me bad? I play gold many times. Heck who is to say I or anyone else is nor isn't as good as you are. Just because there N7 rating isn't as high as yours.

Promoting is worthless. A person could have an N7 rating of 1001 (and only have been playing bronze the entire time promoting) and then decides to do Gold challenge. You honestly think he'll last because of his N7 rating is 1000+???

During Operation Silencer weekend I was playing with a someone who's N7 rating was well over 1000; and I was the one reviving him most of the time.

Don't think N7 rating is what makes a person skillfully good. It's actually deceptive IMO

N7 is kindof decepetive, but I find that people above approx. 300 just have more EXPERIENCE, so they know what to do in certain situations, honestly in silver I don't care what rank anyone is, or even if he is playing a lvl 1 character, it's all good fun, and you get more exp that way.

Gold tho, is totally different, for me Everyone should AT LEAST be 15 17-18 even, if not, I just leave.

That's the same reason why there are so many unemployed youths in the UK... <_<
"Not experiences enough"
Old rich man vs young poor man: Old rich man deffo gets job.

In this case:
N7 20 vs N7 200; of course 200 *must* be better without any factual evidence. :bandit:

OP: "you haven't taken the time out of your no good life to play the game and promote your teams"

lol

you must be pro. just shows that you have nothing better to do with your time. its pointless to insult the majority of the community. trolls are always outnumbered

N7 status doesn't necessarily matter, but it sure can be indicative of a new player who doesn't know what they're doing.

anyone with under a n7 level of 50 pretty much automatically sucks and are just waiting to get carried.
but above 150, and they r probably at least ok.
