Actually, that's a pretty cool ending. I have a new headcanon until the EC comes out.

This is what my plan would have been, hiding far away from the Reaper attacks until it's over.  

Certainly beats "We fight or we die".

  Before I get into my post, I'd like to point out that what Shepared REALLY meant was: we fight or we compromise.

That said, I would stare at him slowly beginning to laugh, eyes widening as my smile grows.
"That's it?  That's all you have to say for yourself?!" swat at him with the gun, "I've heard better logic from Krogan droppings.  You tell me that would all your vast knowledge, you think that YOU can judge what is inevitable in this vast, largely unknown, universe?!  Each synthetic is the product of its creator, each creator is wildly different than the next, even among its own race, each race is wildly different in so many ways, and you think that no matter what the source, the created will ALWAYS rebel against their creators?!  By the way, how stupid do you think I am?!  Each choice involves my death and I'm just supposed to walk on over and off myself?  On your word, no less?  Yeah you certainly don't have any motivation to want me out of the way, reaper king.  So, tell ya what: I'm gonna shoot that little control rod thing until it goes boom, who knows, maybe it does nothing, but to me, it looks like a big old f*** you to everything you just said, so yeah, I'm gonna try that."  I'd then shoot the control module several times and it would explode, frying all reaper shields and frenzying them.  I'd then point and laugh at the Catalyst as he watched his fleet of doom rip itself apart.  Barely able to keep from laughing as I watched the little s*** cry, I'd call Joker in to pick me up and get me to the medical bay.  After the battle, I'd find the closest thing to Catty's CPU and pee on it.

I'd say to him that every life deserves to make mistakes and learn of them and grow as a species. I would try to signal the normandy to pick me up and think of a way to destroy them with conventional means.

Probably something along the lines of "the Reapers are the purest evil that has ever existed, they have slaughtered billions of people in this cycle, I don't even know how to start calculating the total number of all cycles, you just admitted to being their leader, so there is no way I'm going to listen to anything you have to say".
