He ended the Reaper threat in every ending. He didn't "fail" any test in a dream/hallucination. It's done, already happened. He wins in every ending = every ending happened. Sorry IT

They may have fooled you but I can see through this ruse.  They wouldn't just diss Harbinger like that.  It's a lie.  You are assuming that they aren't lying.

Not at all. At least here it appears at the end of the game when you finish everything. Other games have locked doors that will tell you mid-way through the game to buy DLC to unlock them

You bring up a fair point OP. However I am not ruling out IT or any other ending theory based on the crummiest string of text that has ever been mistaken for the end of a franchise.

The statement in the ending is kind of vague - it's not like it says "Ended the Reaper threat by doing x, y, z..."

It could be interpreted either way.

It doesn't disprove anything.  Bioware could have added that little message in there to make us think that we ended it.
