I know you hold R2 to change between sets, but some members in my party have a I next to their bar, and some have a II. Thus, there appears to be two sets of six spells I can swap between. I know it's possible, because while messing around with battle orders, I changed my set from I to II and was given a completely different set of spells. But I can't figure out how to switch it back. Manual didn't help either.

You have one action bar per weapon set, so your rogue can have all their melee skills on the action bar when they're on weapon set 1 (daggers or whatever), and ranged skills when on weapon set 2 (let's say a bow).

I have my arcane warrior set up the same way. Staff and favorite spells in one set and my sword/shield with spells that you can cast without sheathing your weapons for the other.
