Warden's Keep quest doesn't load, even though I have the Ultimate Edition, and all custom content should be included.

I keep getting this error message that I don't have any points.

There has never been any Ultimate DA2 that has ever showed up anywhere (and as I'm now reminded, Wardens Keep is strictly DA:O, not DA2). . Did you think you wrote this question in the the DAO forum?

@GA;  Yes, Warden's Keep  is DLC for DA:O.  When installed, Levi Dryden just appears "In-Camp" to tell you his family's story and ask for your help.  (So yes, the OP probably thought they were in the DA:O/A forum.)

@DingleBerries68;  Check your "Player Entitlement Page", social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php to ensure you've correctly unlocked/registered WK.

If so, there'll be a download link for the "stand-alone" install version.  (Which doesn't mean that you need to download it again, just that you've correctly provided the authorization codes for the DLC.

In any case, you'll probably need to contact EA Customer Service to get it sorted.  Use the Support link under "Help" at the bottom of the page.  Choose "Ask a Game Advisor", then look for the "Live Chat" option.
