there are 3 high dragons

There are 3 in total. One involves your companion's quest, and about the other, well, I think your character has seen it in his dreams.

one high dragon the others aren't regarded as high dragon just normal, arch demon and flemeth rest are just dragonkin very weak ones

In dialog, a second is called a high dragon. The third is just someone assuming a high dragon form.

well they do seem to look like a high dragon to me and sure beats the crap out of me as a high dragon

There is only one high dragon yeah. The other two are just a regular dragon and a shapeshifter

Though their abilities are very similar so doesn't really matter.

high dragon is the biggest in the mountain and hardest i call that a high dragon flemeth is flemeth not one look at her corpse
