i get this for one of my characters:

"1003 - No portrait image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server."

will a portrait image eventually upload for that character?

I have error 1005 and can't delete character because profile page are displayed incorrectly. Screenshots of profile page in IE and Chrome is below.

If you're on pc - yes. If you're on console - no. It's been said over and over again - the picture files only upload for consoles on character creation; if they don't upload then, they never will.

If you're on console, and you must have the picture files: create a character, do not play with that character, go to the site and check the profile diagnostics page, if it says that all four files are there - go play with your character. If the picture files are missing - delete the character, create a new one, and try again.

What this shows is the profile page when you're not logged in. If you want the full page - log in.

All my characters have incorrect rag doll and most are missing a portrait. How do I fix this? The diagnostic page says those images are missing. How do I upload again? Anyone?

all my characters did show up once and they were all made with the in game creater on pc . then one day all started doing what my avitar is doing . IMO this whole site seems to be a FAIL

Hi everyone! Still can't make my characters show up. I follow these threads, tried all the advices, but it just won't work. I've got only 2 chars ever, no console, no mods, 16 screens, checked the ports - nothing. CC char uploaded alright, but in game - it's a disaster. Achievements and screens are uploded fine, but characters sort of don't exist. Any ideas? I'm desperate(((

I'm a console player. 360 to be exact. This means my two characters who have finished the game will never have their portraits updated? Why am I the only person who is pretty mad about this?

It's been, what three months now, they can't put an update to manually refresh?

PC users are not getting a whole lot of patches either. I imagine it is more complicated for consoles.

Yep. Appeared instantly on the site. But that confuses me even more.

What is the name of the latest character that did not upload?

I can't play the CC char. Have no idea why - the game doesn't see it. Due to voice over issues or system language (it's not English), or both, or none. Tried to copy char files and make CC load them - failed. Maybe because I could't find .chr and .xml of my in-game characters. Either the game somehow doesn't make them, or I don't know where to look which is more plausible=)

Characters from the Character Creator are imported from within DA. You should not need to move any files manually.

If it is so, than CC doesn't see the in-game-created chars. Same the other way around. So, what should I break to make that blasted thing work?

When creating a new game you'll be asked if you want to create a new character or import from the Character Creator. The Character Creator does not see characters made in the game.

I know that it asks. But it shows nothing to import from the CC, just an empty list. And I didn't delete anything.

Oh! That is strange. In your Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age folder, do you have a Pre-release Characters folder?

I can't help with this, I suggest asking in the tech help forum.

All I can think of now is that non-Latin characters are somehow interfering with the process, but I have seen enough characters with names based in the Cyrillic alphabet to not really believe that myself.

I just looked at my diagnostics page. Last time I looked I had 1 1005 error indicating 1 extra file. Now both my characters have error 1005 and the character with the previous additional file now has 2 extra files. WTF?!

Is there any way to fix these errors without deleting my files from the site? I had major issues last time I deleted/reuploaded/recreated my "cloned" character (Beathag) and I am not willing to do that again.

Btw, I play on PS3.
