i hope someone can answer this, but i have one character who is uploaded good and everything but it has an error code 1005, which means something like extra files uploaded? and also none of my armor showes on my pic, just the basic stuff i started with, can someone help please?

İ got en error 1004. so thats why none of my chars are updated since the damn november. urgh.

anyway, i just chatted with EA support and he told me to clear my browsers cache. i have done it and will post results.

It also says that I have a bunch of screenshots uploaded, but none of those appear either. So my profile is just plain fubared it seems.

What about 1001? How many files total have you uploaded?

I have all green checks with no error codes by all 4 my current characters.....but only one is displaying properly and one has no pictures and the other two don't show up at all except on the diagnostic page....... Why oh why is this happening???

I created my character & played through most of the game without having made a Bioware account. I finally made one on my 360 a few weeks ago, and finally logged onto this site 4 days ago. It synched with all my character stats and story progress and armor, but for some reason refuses to upload a portrait . It gives me "1002 - No avatar image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server" and "1003 - No portrait image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server". I went through the creation process for another character and didn't even play; it just autosaved the beginning of the game, and that character got uploaded just fine. I tried changing my armor & resaving my first file but still no picture .

[Edit: *sigh* never mind, I saw the answer in a previous page. That sucks that it only uploads on character creation ]

I have this error for over 3 months, is there any way to fix it?
 Error Code 1000 - No characters were found in your on-line storage.
My game is totally legal.
NOT share my bioware account ... ever.
And I only have one account.
My game is in Spanish, but my bioware account of this in English, even so I still get the same error.
My game is pc.
Is there any way to fix it?

I have now observed another issue with the profile page. Today is the second time that my details have been updated to show a much earlier progress. Today Beathag reached lvl 17. Kyndeyrn is a lvl 9 if I remember correctly. Today their info was updated and reverted back to lvl 3 and lvl 10.

Sure, I am probably the only one watching my own progress. But it would be nice if it updated in the right "direction".

I get that 1005 error code. I have many else but I dont care. I played the game (5th charcter) to Ostagar, and now I have 68 files! the charcter ain't uploaded to my profile, so I cant delete it. And I get an somekind of error when I start the game (360). And other thing. I have an upload from charcter what I didn't even save. I just wanted the dwarf commoner achievment. But the 1005 is most important. It never didn't even come to the net, and I even deleted the save files from my hard drive. Sorry if my spelling ain't good; I am on iPhone

Hey. I got redirected from Darth Midville. He told, than from here I can get help from deleting a charcter that's not showing on the "Manage Charcters" page. It's been almost 5 days since I made it, and it's not on the charcters, only on diagnotics. Help?

I'm talking about 1005. My storage is quickly filling. One of my charcters has 70 files, and he is not on charcters page (waited almost a week now).

I have error codes 1002, 1003 on my two main characters. They update to the site fine, but their pictures have never showed up. I talked to EA support, and they gave me some bull**** about them not being able to help. What's the point of having a diagnostic page with error codes when they don't know what to do with the information?



Anyway, have you guys figured out a fix for this? One of my characters has been having this problem since I bought the game in November. The second character I created a little less than a week ago.
