I have error 1005 on my main character, though that character is the only one that seems to be OK. Only two of my characters have a portrait, though I have done some explicit saving & loading.

Similar problem here - I installed Awakening and it seems I now have 2 online profiles, but when I try to view online profile from the game, it says I have none. I can view both profiles from my Bioware Forums homepage, and the old one has my older acheivments, the new one my characters and recent acheivments. Is there any way to clean this up?

I've read a lot of threads on this forum regarding this topic and am quite surprised this issue exists since launch and hasn’t been resolved yet,



I myself have only one character and the number of files is currently at 90/100.

My theory is that is has to do with my multiple saves. Maybe it saves unnessary data from older files and so a lot of place gets wasted.



Deleting and re-uploading my character seems to be the only solution but comes with the cost of losing my avatar- and portrait picture forever. Great...

My suggestion is to flood the forums with requests and BioWare staffs' inboxes with horse porn until there is a response. You want things to be done? You cut through the bureaucracy with righteous ****ing steel.

I have noted that none of my characters appear to be wearing what they actually have on them in-game - this does not seem to have a specific error code so I'm not sure what the issue is

Ok I went to my profile here but did not see anything about a diagnostics, did they remove it or am i missing it??

Ok i found the diagnostics, it says im only using 75 out of the 100 files allowed, so why when im on the game does it say im maxed and cant upload anymore screenshots???

Space is shared between characters and screenshots. You have at least 20 character files and somewhere around 70 screenshots.

So i have 5 characters and only 4 are uploaded to the site... i have 2 mage characters though does the site not upload 2 of the same story (even though my mages are different races). i tried seeing if the achievements made a difference but it didn't load up the character that got the new achievements on because i now have the achievements uploaded but not the character. Even my darkspawn character has loaded.. Is there another problem? I have no errors either.

You have 135 screenshots uploaded, too (however did you managed that?).

I only have 2 screenshots now, but it still says 28 for me. It seems this is a huge problem for everyone. I have gone into the game, into the Steam folders, everywhere, trying to solve this.

The state of files on your hard drive means nothing to your persona. If the screenshots don't show up so you can delete them on your persona (refer to the relevant sticky) then you're out of luck.

Well, I deleted those, too (from my profile page), and it's been two days. No change.This issue should not really bug me as much as it does.

As explained in that sticky, your persona needs to update after files have been deleted. For screenshots, this has been known to take days, and the clock doesn't start until your persona page has been visited once after deleting. Are you certain the inaccessible screenshots you have have been given time to re-appear?

No, I don't know how the process works. I've read that sticky, I'm still in the dark. I guess I'll just wait. I deleted all of my characters to make sure that was actually it (the screenshots, that is).

Got something new. All worked excellent until a couple of weeks ago. The story and stats of my char are still updated alright, but the portrait and 'full view' are not. No error codes at profile diagnostics. I didn't change anything whatsoever, but now when I watch the progress of uploading files after the manual save, it gets stuck at 100% of the 2nd file or in the middle of the 3rd. I'm puzzled, could anyone help?

You have upwards of 118 files in total. That's more than twice the limit. I'd suggest you delete all/most of your screenshots and any characters you don't want to preserve and try again.

If you see this, can you confirm that the file limit listed on your diagnostics page is indeed 50?
