It is 50 indeed. But it doesn't include screenshots, only the char files, f.e. I've got 28 files on my diagnostics page.

Does the diagnostics page claim that you have no screenshots at all or does it simply not include them in the count?

No screenshots. When screenshots are uploaded but not yet shown on the site, however, they are recognised and included into summary. When they appear on the site - diagnostics page claims there's none. Thought it was a feature.

Has any progress been made during the last months? My default persona is broken, and while I can switch between two DAO game profiles, nobody can access my profile due to the broken default persona, the news feed is broken, and other things. Changing the persona via profile.ea.com does not help either as this selection is not rememebred (every time I login there my selection seems to be reset). And EA support links to this topic .

I lost all my origins save files awhile back, but my profile is messy and has tons of error codes. New characters I make do not even load into the profile at this point, not even screenshots.

I came back to Origins not to long ago deleted all my old screenshots and character profiles and my story or avatar files do not upload.

Annoying as hell. It says I have 76 files out of 50 in my online storage when I deleted every single file I can find my storage is empty!

If my saves are still in my My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\Characters

I can make a copy of all of them and hope Bioware can completely wipe my character records on the online storage as well as all the achievements, screenshots and I will then start my game and save for the loading again.

Actually I have already deleted all my characters on my profile and tried starting a new game with new characters; No matter how many different characters or classes I've tried; I will never be able to have my story xml uploaded somehow (error 1004)

could MODS in the override be causing problems as well?

No. I've tried running from the launcher (DAOriginsLauncher.exe), from the main exe (DAOrigins.exe), and from within Steam. None of which make a difference. Still can't upload my character profile or screenshots. When I attempt to upload a screenshot it says my info might be invalid. I am signed into the game with the same e-mail as I use here on Bioware Social Network. My achievements upload without issue, strangely enough. Everything else won't work.

We've just deployed a new site feature where you can check the status of what your game has uploaded, and can help you figure out why your character data is not being updated on this site.  

To get to it, visit your DA game profile page, then click on "Profile Diagnostics" in the sidebar.  It will analyze ALL FILES uploaded and give you extra information about what is likely wrong with your character data.

If you get a "cannot connect to server" error, just hit refresh (the backend servers are still swamped).

Where is the DA game profile page? I don't see the link "Profile Diagnostics" anywhere.

INVALID PERSONA/GAME COMBINATION I have had this problem since December, of 2010. I have not been able to upload a character to the Bioware site since them.

INVALID PERSONA/GAME COMBINATION has been on my profile diagnostics for months now.

I DID change my gamertag. But EVERYTHING is linked on the EA website, and it is also showing up perfectly fine on this site (my new gamertag).

HOWEVER, I still keep getting the invalid persona/game combination message under profile diagnostics.

I have done everything I know how to do, and I CANNOT get Bioware's attention, and no one I've called at EA can help me. They even escalated my trouble ticket to tier 3. I have exhausted EVERY option, and have gone over the FAQ section regarding problems with getting characters to upload, with a fine tooth comb.

And no, this is NOT me, just being ignorant about the fact that sometimes it takes a while for my character to update, or appear on the page.

I know about removing armor, and re equipping armor, then saving, etc. I know those tricks.

This is something entirely different.

INVALID PERSONA/GAME COMBINATION? Why? My new, current gamertag is linked. It appears on my bioware profile, as well as on the EA site.

I HAVE ALSO SET MY XBOX LIVE gamertag as my DEFAULT PERSONA on the EA website.

I am begging you for instructions and wisdom on how to solve this mystery.

Please help me. Or forward this to someone who knows. I really deserve for my profile to be working.

For anyone playing on the XBOX 360 version, suffering from the "INVALID PERSONA/GAME COMBINATION" issue, please move over the the XBOX360 tech support forum, and post your problems in my topic. Hopefully, it will be seen, by some of the dev's, considering they are working on the current problem with "unauthorized DLC" issue on the 360.

I have 2 characters on site in profile diagnostic, and 1 character in game DAO. Can I play in DAO:A both characters or these which I have in game?
