Deionarra's romance was something that transcended the planes. It was a very deep romance, if you play as a Nameless One who feels no love for her. I felt really bad because my Nameless One had an eye for Annah. That one is the most mature romance I have ever seen in a video game.

Elena and Nate from Uncharted.  Its more believable than any other relationship I've seen in a game because most of their stuff happens between games we just see parts of it.

Morrigon.  Best one of Bioware's L1's because you see her character grow from it and it doesn't mean she's going to stop her plans for you.  Awesome.

Liara for obvious reasons.

I guess it depends on what you mean when you say "LI". If you mean ME style in that you can choose to pursue something with them then I'd say Jack from ME2. Her romance subplot was great.

If you just mean characters in games that were part if a romance plot. Then I'd pick Snow and Serah from FFXIII and Cloud and Aerith from FFVII. Also, the person I married in skyrim. Not cause I like them (I married them accidentally thinking polygamy was an option) but because a recent patch made them invincible so now I can't even "divorce" them. The frustration is hilarious.
