If you alt + tab then disappear you could've missed a lot of people. I'll wait 30 seconds, if that, then disappear and search for a new group. I wanna join, select, and start immediately. Waiting is just a waste of my time and if the host or another player is absent they're either kicked or I'll leave.
Do people still play multiplayer?
