I've been using a Claymore on my Human Vanguard, so I can definitely see how the recharge time on the Revenant wouldn't be too high. You just have to be a bit smarter.
But my biggest issue is the Revenant's accuracy and long reloads. You're really not getting much more range than a shotgun, but you don't have the same power as one.
Revenant with Vanguard?
