Sounds more like they're just adding stuff after the ending, and not stuff in the ends.

If I had to guess, there's going to be a speech with Hackett, and your LI, (or Shepard if he's still alive in Destroy), and the choice that was made, and the possible future for the galaxy.

That's what I said a few weeks ago.

It's not perfect but it will gloss over quite a bit of the bad blood.

The softies like me will have their reunion etc etc.

What we have is a safety net that is cast out in an attempt to bring back as many people as they can.

A fight would be nice, and a conversation. Anything other than Harbinger dropping down, zapping you into bizarro land then flying off without a word.

My dream is that when The Illusive Man shows up looking all Saren and fails to convince Shepard to follow his(the reapers) plan, we then hear "ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL" and TIM goes possessed boss fight on us. But apparently that's too "video gamey".

I'm not sure how to feel about his comments "he talks about the players losing" which would give credit to the IT which I dont believe for a second, so maybe he just misspoke. But I fear they will simply add on some scenes after our ending choice that allows us to see the end result of everything. Which would be terrible as all the crappy plot holes would be there along with the horrible end choices and of course NO Mass Relays.

That is pathetic, wrex should eat them. I didn't mind and kinda liked the endings, but changeing them will lead to a better outcome and I'm all for that.

I'm just against the general down with bioware trend that's going on, they made a bad call, no need to destroy them over it.

Also, to start another topic related question, what is your favorite lance voice acting role. Mines still going to be hackett for now.

Don't VA actors, esp. with projects like this, only get scripts of the scenes they are in to prevent major leaks?

Sometimes, but they also receive "Cliff's Notes" versions of the plot, tone, and the character's motivations, either on tangible paper or verbalized by the director. They rarely go in completely blind.

It's one of the problems I had with the endings, I admit. I do not hate them, but they did feel abrupt, out of synch and lacking in closure & cohesion.

They have to get some information to understand why they are saying what they are saying and to know what emotion to put with it.

No offense, but that scenario would have been as contrived as it gets. I'm sick of mind controlled bosses. ME1 and 2 had them already. And TIM deserves much better.

All I have to say to people that need any ray of hope for the EC (this guy right here) is, this news right here confirms that they're not willingly giving us all the VAs that are coming back in for the EC....

You really think Bioware would've told you Lance was coming back? Probably not....

Same goes to Miranda fans, Liara fans, Tali fans....Harbinger!!! Haha

Unless the VAs mention it on Twitter or in an interview, Bioware isn't gonna say anything....period....


As for me, I find it cool they're bringing people back and stuff.... But its not going to make it any better to me....Starchild stays....same crappy ending.....with an Epilogue....cool.....not lol

Your choices don't change the outcome of the Galaxy....the most they may possibly do is make your decisions affect additional cutscenes with your war assets living or dying.....but the final outcome will not change....

Agreed. Also, they wouldn't have had to call the VO actors back, had it been planned, no?

But it's fantastic to see non squad VO actors confirmed. And "a whole series" as he put it, it definitely increased my hopes there.

He deserves better than we he got....and what you quoted is a bit better lol....but not by much....I agree....I never wanted to fight TIM....he was so cool and collected....it wouldn't have felt right


I did want to fight Harby though......no Harby battle or atleast a war of words lol....that's just a shame

True. I am glad Lance is back, although I must admit I always thought he would be one of the obvious characters to return in the EC.
