Your choices don't change the outcome of the Galaxy....the most they may possibly do is make your decisions affect additional cutscenes with your war assets living or dying.....but the final outcome will not change....

Good for you, I will wait and see until I have seen if it actually IS just "additional cutscenes" & epilogues. Cutscenes & epilogues can lend consequences to choices and decisions, that is all I want. Besides, as with TW2, additional ending/world states aren't out of the question, there simply won't be any retcons. Which I do not mind whatsoever.

But I fear they will simply add on some scenes after our ending choice that allows us to see the end result of everything. Which would be terrible as all the crappy plot holes would be there along with the horrible end choices and of course NO Mass Relays.

He could be talking about if you have low EMS, in one destroy ending I believe in certain circumstances earth can be destroyed so this could be the "losing" he's talking about. Still it's hard to know exactly what he's referenceing.

Indeed. The fact that he mentions that "It was an oversight" and that the problem with the ending was the abruptness of them suggest that this whole ordeal with the EC was never planned.

But it's fantastic to see non squad VO actors confirmed. And "a whole series" as he put it, it definitely increased my hopes there.

Yep, I believe Raphael Sbarge (Kaidan) also expressed a "Just when I thought it was over LOL" sentiment at being back in the studio for the EC... 

And YES, this is why i'm so excited about Hackett because compared to squadmates he is a lesser character... Means they're actually taking it seriously, which ****ing ROCKS.

Amen. I'm guilty of becoming a bit too emotionally invested in the ME series, but I don't care. I love this series, dammit! All the games that I have played from BioWare had triumphant, clear endings that rewarded the player. KotOR, Jade Empire, ME, and ME2 all had endings I enjoyed. I'm really hoping that ME3 isn't the beginning of stories from BioWare that I don't care for. I would have to part ways if that's the case.

If they do bring Anderson's voice actor back, my only contribution to his return would be to add him at the end of the game, claiming he never went up to the Citadel with Shepard, and was instead knocked out on Earth, as a nod to the Indoctrination Theory.

I enjoy parts of the endings but I think they need work. Shocking, I guess.
