Okay, so I have an intresting problem.

I Bought DA:O Collectors edition on day 1, and I bought Mass Effect 2 on Day 1 as well.

I redeemed all of the promo codes for the games, except for the Blood Dragon Armor, which my little brother cashed in. He has recentlly moved and took his gamer proflie with him.

Now when I try to play DA:O I'm told that I'm missing the Armor, and therefore I can't play my old saves.

Is there some way to workaround this, and if not, is there some way to get another code?

There is no workaround.

Only thing you can do is contact EA support and explain to them what happened. It should be simple enough for them to rectify.
