I maxed Proxy and Hunter Mode is rank 5.

Maxed Cloak and Fitness for melee.

Does the 10% damage bonus from the last rank of Hunter Mode work for melee. Scorpion and Proxy Mine? Which spec would you take? I would usually go with increased speed but I am not so sure.
