this last week this have happen to me at least 5 times, after finishing the game we get back to the queue screen with my squad, all is ok, i cans ee that i have lel up a couple of levels and i got my credits ( this is what really matters ).

when i have enough points i used to leave teh queue screen bc sometimes while i was buying a new pack the host leaves and i coulodnt see what i got in the pack, so im usually leave teh group after we are back in the queue screen if i want to buy stuff, but when i do this and go back to the multiplayer loby all the points and credit i won on the last match are reset and i lost them.....

anyone else having this issue?

pd: english is not my native language, i tried to explain myself the best i could.

This happened to me last night. I accidentally got into a gold match instead of a bronze match with my Lvl 11 Drell adept sporting a Locust II. Against all the odds we got a full extraction. Imagine my chagrin when, after leaving the lobby, my credits and XP had both disappeared as though they had never existed. What a let-down!

Happened to me as well, got my creds and exp, it remained there until I entered the shop then I lost the credits I had earned and I went down 2 levels.

I just reset my console, got back into multiplayer and had all my creds and my 2 level ups back.

yes this happened to me too.  I was glad after I quit the game & restarted the PS3, have the credits & levels earned from previous match back.

Hi,

This just happened to me as well. I just got a Talon, and I was testing it out in a solo Bronze Match with my Asari Vanguard (about 50000 points short of hitting LVL 20). Managed to survive all 10 waves, completed Wave 11 with Full Extraction. Go back to the lobby, and hit "X" to enter the store...and all of my experience and money gained in that match were gone. Exited out and quit the game and restarted the console and nothing. Forty minutes wasted and me slightly ticked off. Ugh......

guess the restart option is not a full proof fix. have you tried to contact EA support via live chat? My experience with their support is positive. they have fix my unable to download soundtrack issues as well as the commendation packs not listed in store.

Just happened to me, aswell. Leveled my infil from approximately 7 to 12, allocated my points and greened-up. After the next match I had been demoted back to 7, bit depressing.

I went ahead and did a search in the forums in regards to this situation actually.  It seems to be something that happens a lot and for this particular issue EA doesn't seem to be able to provide any type of support for it. SMH.

What bugs me more is that my time was just wasted.  All I wanted to do was to test out the gun and push the LVL just up to 20 since I was practially there.  And the little bit of credits weren't bad either.  Luckily it happened on a Bronze/unknown/unknown instead of a Gold.....or I probably would have flipped.

Think I can relate to the frustration. Good it was only a bronze game. It would have been very difficult to accept if it was lost experience & credits earned from a gold match. But if you have not tried the EA support yet and is discourage by the feedback on the forums, just give it a try, who knows perhaps the EA support team has a fix on it already.

Bah, just happened to me on a Gold. The game was tough and fun, and then lost all my credits/premium spectre pack. I didn't even get to see what I got before I got booted and I was reset. Lost some 100000 credits. At least it was a fun game, though: team was awesome.
