 ... and not just as a custimization option, but as a piece of equipment, just like weapons and characters. I know that store system is terrible at the moment, but when it gets fixed somehow, then i think it would be great if you could get armors, armor that gives you bonuses, like in singleplayer

you could them one piece at a time or as a whole set, they would range from the basic one(common) all the way up to ultra rare(as i said when the store is fixed). there would be ones for humanoids, krogans, turians and something for the geth, maybe something different for the salerians too..

this is just random idea i came up with, at 4.30 in the morning. so its maybe not the best written post or idea ever, and im not even sure if someone has suggested it before, so dont get too mad at m,e if you dont like the idea, or someone has posted it before.

tl;dr : getting armors from the store would be cool, once it gets fixed.

That would be amazing. And too close to WoW for comfort.

I'm sure the store is working as intended, but its intended function pisses a significant portion of the players off.

I have imagined such a thing, and it is a neat idea, were they ever going to do such a thing. I'd be fine with just cosmetic changes, or different suits that have different base modifiers like ME3 squad members. Still don't think it's going to happen.

I'd like it, but it should be seperate to the current items. I do not want nearly a hundred different armour pieces clogging up room in the packs that might have been for weapons/characters/anything else.

Still very disappointed that there's almost no customization options. And the ones that are already there suck ass. Quarian and Kroguard skin tones for the win...

If one or two alternate armor appearances (getting the individual parts ala SP is too burdensome an amount of information for the servers to retain) could be unlocked via Character Cards after getting the current last option, people might not be as irate regarding the duplicates CCs.

Well, not for the first one or two again, anyway. But having Liara's "From Ashes" costume on the AJ might be nice. I jsut don't want to see the "From Ashes" Soldier costume with the Delumcore Visor. Eeeuch.

 Yeah, I thought of this...they could stop character cards after we max them so we don't keep getting them and add like 5 -10 full sets of armor in pieces for each class.

I would love new armours for characters, having more options is always a good thing.

Also I think the store system is fine (apart from duplicates for maxed characters). What's needed is the ability for players to trade unwanted items with each other.

i want my human soldier to sport caspers armor; maybe even my krogan in casper armor imagine? maybe then casper wont seem so bad.

I would LOVE this. Especially if Krogan Rage armor returns from ME1.

You could add a whole new skill called "armor specialization" that would increase the bonuses from the armor, and it would also be a fair way to increase the max level.
