If you could have 200% regardless, what would you make?

Black Widow
Crusader
Talon (wut a twist)
GPSMG
Either a Soldier or Vanguard. I'd edit the magic bin, but I don't feel like doing more work, also I'm on the 360.

My sentinel would carry a Vindicator, same as she does now. She's been rocking that model since ME1, and has never seen reason to change.
Aaand my sniper infiltrator would carry a Valiant and Tempest, same as now,and my shotgun infiltrator would carry a Graal and Phaeston, same as now. Actually I think the only Shep who'd change is my soldier: Raider, Revenant, Widow.

For me, I tend to go for this on my Warp Ammo adept:
Pistol: veers between N7 Eagle and M-77 Paladin
SMG: veers between M-25 Hornet or N7 Hurricane.... normally Hornet
Shotgun: M-27 Scimitar
Assault Rifle: Particle Rifle
Sniper Rifle: veers between Black Widow and N7 Valiant
I think the basics are that I tend to go for a balanced arsenal with the accent on precision (the Hurricane being the only outlier and why the Hornet is the normal choice). The choice between Eagle and Paladin depend mainly on my SMG choice.

In single player, for me, weapons have already become weightless - all hail the power of modding!
But based on vanilla ME3 and removing cooldowns altogether:
AR - Argus, Valkyrie or Saber
Shotgun - Claymore
Sniper - Widow
SMG - Hornet or Hurricane
Pistol - Predator or Talon

Nice. Love modding too, but rather than specifically remove weight, i simply rebalance certain weapons and the weight system (based on Kronner's weight system for Spectre difficulty).
But based on vanilla ME3 and removing cooldowns altogether:
AR - Argus, Valkyrie or Saber
Shotgun - Claymore
Sniper - Widow
SMG - Hornet or Hurricane
Pistol - Predator or Talon
I didn't really 'remove' any weapon's weight precisely - I just set it so that the maximum and minimum power cooldown changes were 0%, meaning that I could carry everything I like without the powers becoming unusable or overpowered.
Its really good, to be honest, as it gives you freedom to try stuff you ordinarily wouldn't touch. The Talon has gone right up in my estimation, for instance, though its still not quite my pistol of choice.

I disagree. The weapons are overrated. There's just not much useful difference you'll see between the "OMFG" guns like the Paladin and something more mundane like the Carnifex. As long as I can fire off powers more often I'd take the Mantis over the Widow for example.

1. The difference between 100% and 200% bonus is in the range of 0.1 sec faster cooldown - which is negligible and doesn't make any difference in-game.
2. To achieve the best (highest) possible damage output you need to use weapons and powers in tandem: cast > shoot > cast > shoot. Therefore cooldowns an sich don't mean much as long as they fit into the rhythm.
Record (or watch others play on YT) to see for yourself how little impact (if any) a slightly quicker cooldown has on actual gameplay. The difference between a 3 and 5 second cooldown is significant, but the difference between a 3.0 and 3.2 second cooldown is negligible.
200% CD bonus is overrated unless you're determined to ignore weapons completely which means you're gimping yourself anyway. A 100-150% CD bonus + powerful weapon >>>> 200% CD bonus with a crappy gun.

Argus
Black Widow
Don't personally need any more. Currently I run with only an Argus on my Adept to maximize cool down at 200%. I can singularity/warp real quick with this set up. Or get Liara to hit/create the singularity, and I use my quick cool down for the next target(s). A sniper rifle added to this would be quite handy at times.
