i tell you what i love.....and have done 3 times in this game.....passing out!!! it always happens when i get killed during a wave and there is only one dude left...if the guy takes more than 5 minutes...and i lay down...im OUT!!! hate doing it....but the alky beast got me.

i used to do it often with BF3. kickbutt drunk...then hop in a tank and roll around...get killed and pass out...so i dont respawn....i have yet to get any angry messages though

Hell, yes! You party hard on any explosion you somehow manage to set up while trying to incubate every single enemy grenade in the game. God, I need a character model with a party hat.

Last time when I was drunk while playing, I made a Drell Adept called Steve Barley (no clue where that came from), and laughed through Gold vs Cerberus. And no, I wasn't carried through the match, I didn't even got downed.

It might be having the idea of doing random crazy-mad things in game while drunk, although this opinion of mine is more from the experience of ORPG than OFPS.

But I'm guessing its the same "Feeling"

After a fun night, decided to play a gold at 3am. No idea how, but I managed to accidently carry - and this was using the javelin - how I landed a single shot i'll never know.

I'm rather surprised that I don't do much worse when drunk (although it could just mean I'm hopeless to begin with). I do have a tendency to start singing though, but thankfully for everyone else with the mic off (I hope!)

More!  I fully support drunken MP, Beks. Weren't you in a match with me and Pony when we were both drinking? In my experience you're awesome at first as the alcohol disinhibits your trigger finger, but after about the 3rd beer it's a good idea to drop down to bronze.

I like to have some beers when I'm playing with my buddies. The only time I ever played a MP game online while being really drunk was Halo: Reach and the next morning I was automatically muted to every player in the lobby with me!

Try playingh a match with someone who is totally wasted, can't keep his freaking mouth shut and who ends up ruining the game for the rest of the team, making everyone feel bad due to some nasty wording . <_<


If I ever again end up in a lobby with someone who's clearly wasted, I'll either leave or kick him/her.

i was rocking a pretty solid buzz when i jumped on for a couple of games last night, i figured i would be better off messing around on me3 mp than playing my ac brotherhood campaign. and it actually wasnt to bad, i tried playing a few gold games against reapers with my HA and a talon, several games my teammates were terrible, but one on Hydra my teammates were good enough to get the money on 10 even though we lost a guy on wave 9, i recommend staying in a tight area (like the control room on Hydra) if you're drunk though, it allows you to not have to worry about distant enemies mowing you down

I've played this many times drunk before, and yes it is fun. Certain classes are easier to play. Asari Adept/Human Sentinel is a great one because the powers just aim themselves. Geth Infiltrator can see through walls and do AoE damage, so that's another good one.


Currently I'm hungover pretty hard though, so nothing is fun.

I uised to play Multiplayer worms whilst drunk on absinthe with some friends from university and I don't think I have ever had quite that much fun on a computer before. Apart from that duel I got into on COD 2 with a guy that really pissed me off - the short version is that I won and he ended up throwing a ragequit.

I was reading this thread to the end and intending to post about Worms then saw your post.

I for some reason, am invincible at Worms whilst smashed out my face. The game is already quite mental, so maybe the alcohol rewires the brain to make Worms rational and sensible. lol

I tried ME3 once...the entire experience felt like one constant glitch.

I assure you, I couldn't even walk straight last night. Also, I editied every post carefully before hitting the submit button. Not even inebriation is an excuse for poor spelling.

Okay, so my report back. I was going to try a bronze match last night, but since I couldn't make my eyes focus on anything on the screen, I decided not to subject the poor, unsuspecting people in MP to a bad team-mate. (I guess I had one too many Long Island Iced Teas) I think tipsy MP would be a blast, but probably not fully drunk. I fell asleep instead.

I'm about to give hungover gaming a try now. Just as soon as I take some headache pills... *rubs sore head*

@leborum You guys are loads of fun when you're drinking, but then I always have fun when I play with the Kaidan ladies.

I was so drunk years ago, I fell down stairs and got serious concussion. Have no memory of the night but my friend who was with me said I kept saying to people I was with someone called 'Steve'. I don't even know anyone called Steve.maybe he's like the drunk version of Freddy Kruger...
