Btw, my build above is for a SI lvl 16 or higher. The extra points just go into tac cloak, fitness, or maxing your abilities, whatever you prefer.

If you need proof and play on Xbox, my gamertag is mmehh. I'll gladly show you how good proxy mine can be on any enemy, but especially reapers.

In addition to that, the damage is pretty significant when launched from cloak, easily over 1k. With 1k+ damage, 4.5 metre radius, damage bonus on all targets hit by it, and short cooldown & tech detonation, it's easily one of the best abilities in the game.

To be honest, anyone who can't understand how good Proxi Mine is must lack a basic understanding of the game in general. Anyone who hasn't seen it used effectively must play with terrible team mates.

Tried my krogan Scorpion on gold today. He was ok in score but was fun. Carnage and scorpion work well together. However next time I think full inferno grenades would help.

Krogan soldier 6/6/0/6/6 with scorpion X. (mag + eb) 200% cd

Next build
KS 0/6/6/6/6
Carnage 4-radius,5-incapacitate, 6-damage
Inferno 4-damage,5-max,6-radius
Berserker 4-damage & cap 5-power damage 6-weapon damage

Weapon: scorpion w/ stunner and eb
Ammo mod: incindinary or disrupter
Weapon mod: pistol rail amp
Armor mod: shield power/cyclonic/power amp

In fact im really tired of seeing 99% of all Topics with their "awesome" builds. IMO they ALL suck. Except the melee builds.

I promote a lot and imo there is only one true build and its 6/6/6/6/0. I just think its a waste to put any points into health and shields. I play almost all classes, but prefer AA, Asari vanguard and GI (with Hunter Mode on). I never put any points into shields. Most important things are Powers and weapon damage. Just if ur playing a char with a power u really find absolutely useless, then its okay to put few points into shields.

And no, I dont die more often than others. Im just wondering about the fact that I havent seen 6/6/6/6/0 builds yet. Are ppl just to bad to stay alive with less health or just not self confident enough? Dont wanna attack anyone, its okay if someone isnt expereinced enough in this game but I just think that ppl who give others advices and tell their builds should do better than wasting points into shields.... Just my opinion.


Trying this now with a AV, not a class I have played a lot, but will go 6/6/6/6/0 allreading finding the lift gernades are a very usefull tool.

Human Falcon Vanguard. Falcon + Cryo/Incin/Disrupter rounds = Explosions everywhere.

This is compounded by the fact that Nova is capable of setting off, at max, 3 explosions at the same time.

I am amazed I will say again amazed with the Scorpion. I think its one of the best weapons in the game vs Cerberus and Geth.

I spec'ed my GI for shotguns/pistols and proxi mine and I easily top the scoreboards.  Proxi mine is excellent for taking out trash, uncovering enemies behind cover because it goes through walls, and the damage vulnerability.  By the way, the damage vulnerability effect is beneficial for the ENTIRE TEAM (you're welcome) so whatever lives through the proxy mine will take additional damage from any other player.

I usually end up with gold awards for kills (trash killing) and assists.  If you haven't seen proxi mine used effectively in a game, it's because you've been playing with people who simply didn't know how to  use it effectively (that is aim for the feet).

This build is a great time. The combat rolls and powerful melees have great synergy and you still carry enough fire power to destroy larger enemies such as Banshees with ease (This is what the sniper is for). If you're feeling pretty awesome however, you can go ahead and melee brutes, banshees, and atlases to a pulp just make sure you're still within the 30Sec melee boost.

If you don't have a quick recharge time carrying 2 of the weapons I suggest you may level them up more. My weapons are pretty light so I'm able to pull off this build.

Is there a reason you don't use GI for this? Just want to use the human instead?

How do the pistols benefit from 40% Sniper Damage? Also why would you use Mantis over Widow/Black Widow.

I think you should go with the Bonus power evolution of TacCloak, because you could set up easy melee kills with firing a Cryo blast from afar, then shattering the enemies with a heavy melee while cloaked, therefore you'd receive the melee damage bonus and the Frozen Vulnerability bonus. This would certainly result in an instant kill on lesser enemies. And I would only take one weapon (maybe the Valiant or the Mantis X), but that's just one of my bad habits really. :)

It's for the sniper on the side, obviously. Also the Widows are a bit too heavy for this kind of play.

The final evolution of TacCloak really is more of a preference. I went with the damage because I can easily carry a Valiant and melee stunning Carni/Phalanx. Obviously you'll benefit more from the bonus power if you just walk in with a pistol. I do however like to keep my versatility so I can work in every and any situation, which is why I went with sniper damage.

A good example would be a Banshee giving your teammates a real hard time. You could just cloak and get the 1.4x damage boost on your sniper to make quick work of the banshee.
