heyas;
okay, i'm not real happy with the limited choices in the scene for the anvil of the void, so i've come up with a different solution, which involves the two parties with grievances duke it out in the provings.
so... i have exported the proving area from one part of the core campaign, and the branka and ceir..whatshisname (sorry, i suck at remembering names) utc files. ive created a new module in the module manager, but i don't see where/how to import any .are or .utc files?
am i doing this wrong? any pointers or some detailed tutorials? i did see on the wiki a page about modifying the campaign with a prc-something m2da, but i don't think that will do what i want to do.
How do you Import Stuff you Exported?

well i tried dragging the are and utc files into the toolset, but that just opened a list of variables and such, like opening a save game gff.

When you "export" resources, you're not exporting them in a form the toolset normally uses. You're exporting them in the form that the game uses. If you're familiar with programming you can draw the analogy that exporting resources "compiles" the source code into machine-usable binary form.
If you want to copy a resource between two modules in the same database there's a really simple way of doing it; right-click on the resource, select "Duplicate", and then in the form that pops up for entering the new resource name and folder you can change the module and owner module to the new destination. Note that resource names must be unique across the entire database, not just within a given module, so you'll have to come up with a different name for it than the original resource name.
If you're wanting to copy designer resources from one toolset database to another, for example if you're collaborating with another builder, you'll need to use the builder-to-builder process. You can find documentation about it here: http://social.biowar...lder_to_builder
